Agile Motion Graphic Designer/Content Creator

We're seeking a creative and passionate Graphic Designer/Content Creator to join our innovative team in a remote startup environment.

As a Motion Graphic Designer/Content Creator, you'll play a vital role in creating stunning designs and visual content that captivate our audience. If you're passionate about creating innovative designs and contents in a fast-paced remote startup environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

1. Develop high-quality design concepts, graphics, videos and visual elements that capture our brand and clients.

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Social Media Manager, developers, and Operations Manager, to ensure design consistency and accuracy.

1. Create video content and other media content for marketing purposes.

1. Design and develop visual identities, branding, and marketing materials, such as logos, icons, brochures, and social media assets.
2. Provide design services for clients, including: creating custom design solutions that meet clients' needs and goals; developing design concepts and presenting them to clients; revising designs based on client feedback and ensuring timely delivery.

1. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and design tools to continuously improve skills and efficiency.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a startup or agency environment.

1. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, branding, and graphic design.

1. Proficient in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

1. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities
